How we collect and use (process) your personal information

Data storage and retention

Your personal data is stored by the Palabra.AI on its servers, and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services the Palabra.AI engages, located in the United States. The Palabra.AI retains service data for the duration of the customer’s business relationship with the Palabra.AI and for a period of time thereafter, to analyze the data for Palabra.AI’s own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes associated with Palabra.AI’s services. Palabra.AI retains prospect data until such time as it no longer has business value and is purged from Palabra.AI systems. All personal data that Palabra.AI controls may be deleted upon verified request from Data Subjects or their authorized agents. Children’s data
